I also upgraded to 205/50/15 Bridgestone RE-11 tires mounted on 15X8 6ULs and the grip level is well beyond what I would push on the streets. I loved the 3040s so much that when it was time to do a comfort oriented street-only suspension on my 91, Shaikh got the business again:Īnd that setup feels exactly how the Miata should have been delivered from the factory. Shaikh has developed a new KBO damping setup that is pretty enticing, so I'm saving up for a set of compression-only adjustable 3140s once he has everything finalized and ready for production. Pretty much have it dialed in perfectly now for autocross.
